You, de overheid en eParticipatie

Eerder schreef ik al over de kansen voor eParticipatie gelet op de online cultuur die aan het ontstaan is. Een actieve, participatieve cultuur. Ik vind het daarom leuk dat het tijdschrift Time 'You', de Internetgebruiker tot Persoon van het Jaar gemaakt heeft. Hier zie je waarom een stragieshift voor eParticipatie interessant is. Niet alleen focussen op Grote Politiek met Politicus - Burger, maar ook op Person to Person.
